Order: That the City Council review and approve the proposed revised layout of Hospital Road and Savin Street, which requires takings and discontinuance of portions of the existing public rights-of-way, as per the proposed Widening & Relocation Plan, not including any changes to the intersection of Hospital Road and Murray Hill Road, and subject to review by the City Engineer and the City Solicitor and final approval by the DPW Commission, in accordance with the special permit granted by the Planning Board in Case #23-10.
