Be it ordained by the Malden City Council that the Code of the City of Malden (MCC) 2.16.030 CANNABIS LICENSING AND ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION is hereby amended by striking Subsection C and inserting the following: C. The Cannabis Licensing and Enforcement Commission shall consist of three (3) members, as follows: 1. Police Chief 2. Building Commissioner 3. City Staff member with finance background as appointed by Mayor
