Committee Report: The Standing Committees on Charter Review and Rules and Ordinance serving in a joint session to whom was referred Papers 418 and 443 Series of 2024, and 85 Series of 2025, having considered the same make the following report: 1. Under the authority of Paper 418-24 to develop necessary ordinances as needed to modify the City Charter, Committee presents the newly written Paper 157-25 as the product of that task, to add MCC 2.12.200 VETERANS’ SERVICE COMMISSIONER. Committee recommends this paper out favorably to the Full Council. 2. Committee recommends Paper 443 Series of 2024 out favorably as amended to the Full Council. 3. With the Order of Paper 85-25 having been completed, the Committee recommends placing that paper on file and presents the newly written Paper 158-25 as the product of that Order to complete a reorganization of the Health and Human Services and Inspectional Services Departments. Committee recommends Paper 158 Series of 2025 as was drafted in Committee out favorably to the Full Council.
