Order: That the Rules and Ordinance Committee, in conjunction with a designee of the Cannabis Licensing and Enforcement Commission, will prepare draft amendments to MCC 12.12.190 necessary to comply with the Court Judgement rendered in Benevolent Botanicals v City of Malden. The Committee shall report back to the Full Council for preliminary review of said draft prior to seeking legal review and a vote to refer to a joint session of the Planning Board with Rules and Ordinance Committee.
