The City has been approached by an abutter looking to purchase the property to combine the lots and build a home on the same. The property is vacant land and currently assessed at $8,500.00.
2. Devine, Vacon-ORDERED: that a proclamation be given to Gary Rome in recognition of being named the 2025 Hyundai dealer of the year and the Board of Excellence award from Hyundai.
