On motion of Councilors Murphy and Fernandes Anderson, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Mejia as an original co-sponsor. Referred to the Committee on Government Operations. Councilor Murphy doubted the decision of the Chair, recommending that the docket be referred to the Committee on Planning, Development & Transportation. Seconded by Councilor Flynn. A roll call vote was conducted to determine if the decision of the Chair should prevail. The decision of the Chair prevailed; yeas 7, nays 4 (FitzGerald, Flynn, Mejia, Murphy), present 1 (Fernandes Anderson). Remains in the Committee on Government Operations. 2025-0337
