President Louijeune in the Chair. Present Councilors Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, and Worrell. Father Federico Cinocca, Emmanuel College, delivered the invocation, and the meeting was opened with the pledge of allegiance. The Chair moved to adopt the minutes from the October 29, 2025 City Council Meeting. Motion prevailed.

4. 4 COMMUNICATIONS FROM HER HONOR, THE MAYOR:
5. 5 Councilor Santana called Docket #1951, message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) in the form of a grant, for the Community Safety Initiative, awarded by the MA Executive Office of Public Safety & Security to be administered by the Office of Workforce Development. The grant will fund the City of Boston’s comprehensive strategy aimed at reducing gun, gang, and youth violence in the City, from the Committee on Public Safety and Criminal Justice. 6. 6 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) in the form of a grant for the Harvard Public Service Fellow Grant, awarded by the Harvard Center of Public Service and Engagement Scholarship to be administered by the Mayor’s Office.
