The Edward Ingersoll Browne Fund Commissioners voted to approve these projects. On motion of Councilor Flynn, the rules were suspended; the order was passed: yeas 11 (Breadon, Coletta Zapata, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Santana, Weber, Worrell), absent 2 (Mejia, Pepén).
