Resolution in support of an East Boston Cultural District designation. On motion of Councilors Coletta Zapata and Louijeune, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Mejia as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Coletta Zapata, Louijeune and Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
