On the message and order, referred on July 9, 2025, Docket #1357, in accordance with the Ordinance on Surveillance Oversight and Information Sharing, Boston City Code Section 16-63.(b)(3), I hereby transmit for your review the Boston Police Department's report on three "Social Media Analysis Tools," the "Surveillance Use Policy" questionnaire, and the relevant Department policies that govern the use of these tools, the committee submitted a report recommending that the order ought to pass.
