On the message and order, referred on July 9, 2025, Docket #1356, in accordance with the Ordinance on Surveillance Oversight and Information Sharing, Boston City Code Section 16-63 (“the Ordinance”), I hereby transmit for your review and consideration the proposed Surveillance Use Policy for the Rodent Monitoring Camera System, submitted in partnership with the Boston Housing Authority (BHA), the committee submitted a report recommending that the order ought to pass.
