Resolution recognizing National Teacher Appreciation Week. On motion of Councilors FitzGerald and Murphy, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Weber as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors FitzGerald, Murphy and Weber, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
