Resolution recognizing March 31st as Transgender Day of Visibility. On motion of Councilor Durkan, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Santana and Breadon as original co-sponsors. On motion of Councilors Durkan, Santana and Breadon, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
