Resolution recognizing February 27th, 2025 as Dominican Independence Day. On motion of Councilors Mejia and Pepen, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Santana as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Mejia, Pepen and Santana, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
