Resolution recognizing Black History Month in the City of Boston. On motion of Councilors Worrell and Louijeune, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Fernandes Anderson as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Worrell, Louijuene and Fernandes Anderson, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
