Resolution recognizing the 332nd Fighter Group, the “Tuskegee Airmen” and Brigadier General Enoch “Woody” Woodhouse II. On motion of Councilors Durkan and Flynn, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Santana as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Durkan, Flynn and Santana, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
