A roll call vote was conducted to determine if the decision of the Chair should prevail. The decision of the Chair prevailed; yeas 7, nays 4 (FitzGerald, Flynn, Mejia, Murphy), present 1 (Fernandes Anderson). Remains in the Committee on Government Operations.
