The major provisions of the contracts include base wage increases of 2% to be given in January of each fiscal year of the contract term and flat amounts of $250.00, $500.00, $900.00, and $800.00 to be added to annual salaries in January of each fiscal year, the committee submitted a report recommending that the order ought to pass.
