Resolution recognizing Latino Heritage Month in the City of Boston from September 15 to October 15. On motion of Councilors Mejia and Santana, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Pepén as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Mejia, Santana and Pepén, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
