Resolution recognizing September 23, 2024 as Bisexuality Visibility Day. On motion of Councilors Santana and Breadon, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Durkan as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Santana, Breadon, and Durkan, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
