Resolution recognizing September as National Recovery Month. On motion of Councilors FitzGerald and Murphy, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Flynn as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors FitzGerald, Murphy and Flynn, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
