Resolution to rename the South End Branch of the Boston Public Library in honor of Mel and Joyce King. On motion of Councilor Fernandes Anderson, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Flynn and Mejia as original co-sponsors. On motion of Councilors Fernandes Anderson, Flynn, and Mejia, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
