Resolution congratulating John McGahan and recognizing July 10th as John McGahan Day in the City of Boston. On motion of Councilors Murphy and Flynn, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor FitzGerald as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Murphy, Flynn and FitzGerald, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
