Resolution calling for the reinstatement of the Community Syringe Redemption Program in the City of Boston. On motion of Councilor Flynn, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors FitzGerald and Murphy as original co-sponsors. On motion of Councilors Flynn, FitzGerald and Murphy, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
