Resolution recognizing National Public Works Week. On motion of Councilor Flynn, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Coletta Zapata and Murphy as original co-sponsors. On motion of Councilors Flynn, Coletta Zapata and Murphy, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
