Resolution on behalf of the Boston City Council in Honor and Celebration of Black History Month to be recognized in the Month of February, 2024. On motion of Councilor Fernandes Anderson, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Worrell and Louijeune as original co-sponsors. On motion of Councilors Fernandes Anderson, Worrell and Louijeune, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
