Location of the request is 2829 N. Ordinance 19433 was established to allow the short-term rental of dwellings and to establish minimum standards for their use while also minimizing the incompatibility with the surrounding residential areas. Ordinance 20431 requires the issuance of a Minor Conditional Use approval in order to establish a Short Term Rental within a Neighborhood Zoning District. Staff’s review found evidence of an existing short term rental within 1000’ of the proposed property at 2713 Park Drive; therefore staff denied the Minor Conditional Use application.
