Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, for the State Crisis Intervention Program, to further provide any information requested in connection with this Grant Application, to execute any documents necessary for the acceptance of this Grant, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
