A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute amendments to existing loan documentation for multiple projects that have been awarded Federal funds pursuant to the multi-year Consolidated Plan and/or Annual Action Plan Home Investment Partnerships Program, in order to adopt the annual utility allowance established by the Lexington-Fayette Housing Authority, where the final form of the amendments shall materially comply with the attached exemplar Agreements, subject to the approval of the Dept. of Law and the Div. of Grants and Special Programs; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all other necessary documents related to these amendments.
