A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute an Agreement and accept a Grant award of $21,966.42 from the Bluegrass Community Foundation for the Dept. of General Services, Div. of Parks and Recreation, for lighting enhancements at Isaac Murphy Memorial Art Garden, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
