A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute a Grant of temporary easement with the Ky. Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), Granting two (2) temporary easements on Jacobson Park for the construction of a new park entrance and a bicycle and pedestrian paved trail, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents necessary to transfer the easement, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
