A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute an Agreement and accept a Grant award of $150,000 from the Blue Grass Community Foundation for the Main & Vine Streetscape Plantings & Amenities Redesign Plan and its implementation, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
