Authorization to execute the necessary documents to engage Accela’s professional services resources for the implementation of new record types, workflows, notifications and financial tracking in support of the privilege fee implementation within the Accela Planning, Permitting and Building Inspection modules enabling the Infrastructure Financing Plan within the Urban Growth Areas, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and further authorize the Mayor or the Chief Information Officer as her designee to execute any future documents, including annual renewals, necessary for the implementation, operation, support, or maintenance of the same, subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
