A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute and submit a Grant Application to the Commonwealth of Ky., Dept. for Local Government, to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, and to accept this Grant, if awarded, which Grant funds are in the amount of $1,000,000 under the Land and Water Conservation Fund, and are for improvements at Kelley's Landing, for the Div. of Parks and Recreation, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government to the expenditure of a local match in the amount of $500,000, in the form of pre-award expenditures and subject to additional reimbursement in the form of private donations made to Bluegrass Community Foundation; further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents related to the application for or acceptance of this Grant; and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
