A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to accept an award from the Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., which Grant funds are in the amount of $49,443.84 in Federal funds for the provision of early childhood care and education services under the Early Head Start Program at the Family Care Center for FY 2026, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government to the expenditure of $12,360.96 as a local match, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
