A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute any and all documentation necessary for the reallocation of awarded Ky. Cleaner Water Grant Funding (ARPA), reallocating excess project funds from completed Grant projects to Grant projects not otherwise fully funded, and further authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
