A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute an Agreement with the Bluegrass Area Development District, Inc., for the acceptance of Federal and State Grant funds in the amount of $183,455, for the operation of the Lexington Senior Center for FY 2025, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government for the expenditure of $234,580 as a local match, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
