A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to accept an award for the Police Training Incentive Grant from the Ky. Justice and Public Safety Cabinet under the Ky. Law Enforcement Foundation Program fund, which Grant funds are in the amount of $4,170,198 in Commonwealth of Ky. funds for Police Training Incentives for FY 2025, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
