Adoption of a Resolution of the Urban County Government, authorizing the filing of FY 2025 Physical Security, Help America Vote Act (HAVA) application with the Ky. State Board of Elections (SBE) for up to $8,300; authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute any documents which are deemed necessary by SBE to carry out this project; and authorizing the Mayor to act as the authorized correspondent of this project.
