A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute an Agreement and accept a Grant from the Lexington-Fayette County Health Dept. in the amount of $356,000 in Federal funds and $101,000 in Commonwealth of Ky. funds (including $41,000 in 853 Home Visiting Service Grant funds), for a total of $457,000 for the Home Network Program, also known as Ky. Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS), for the Family Care Center for FY 2025, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
