Office of Homeland Security, if awarded, which is estimated to total $226,976.48 in State funding, to purchase Radiation Detection Equipment and a new boat for the Lexington Fire Dept., the acceptance of which does not obligate the Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds; authorizing the Mayor to execute any Agreements or amendments related to the Grant award; and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
