A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the Ky. Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), for turf mowing and vegetation management services by the Div. of Environmental Services on state-owned right of way, for which the Urban County Government shall be compensated at the rate of $36.00 per acre for areas along Citation Boulevard and $66.68 per acre for all other areas.
