A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to accept $10,000,000 in Federal funds from the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as an Economic Development Initiative/Community Project Funding (CPF) Award for the Legacy Business Park Infrastructure Installation Project, and authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement, and any other documents necessary, in order to accept these funds, and further authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
