A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute and submit a Grant Application seeking up to $15,000 in Federal funds from the Ky. Div. of Emergency Management, under the Federal Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) 2022 cycle, for the Div. of Emergency Management; authorizing the Mayor to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application; authorizing the Mayor to accept this Grant, if awarded, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government to the expenditure of up to $15,000 as a local match; authorizing the Mayor to take any further necessary action related to the Grant; and lastly, authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
