An Ordinance amending Article XLVIII of Chapter 2 and Section 2-507 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances to change the composition of the membership of the Commission on Veterans’ Affairs, such that two (2) ex-officio members shall be from the Council of the Urban County Government, six (6) members shall be veterans of the United States Military, seven (7) members shall be affiliated with Veterans Service Organizations, one (1) ex-officio member shall be the Commissioner of the LFUCG Dept. of Public Safety, one (1) ex-officio member shall be the LFUCG Chief Administrative Officer, or his/her designee, and two (2) members shall be from the Lexington Fayette County Community at large, all effective following passage of Council.
