A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, in favor of the Dept. of Local Government, encumbering two parcels (3785 and 3990 Raven Run Way) owned by the Urban County Government, to fulfill requirements of the Land and Water Conservation Grant in relation to the Raven Run Nature Sanctuary, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents needed to fulfill this Grant requirement.
