A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement, the final form of which shall be subject to approval of the Dept. of Law, with Goodwill Industries of Ky., Inc., at a cost not to exceed $400,000 ($150,000 in FY 24), for the provision of housing stabilization services and payment of rent and security deposit assistance on behalf of eligible families referred by the McKinney Vento Homeless Office of Fayette County Public Schools, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other needed Amendments or Agreements related to the use of these funds.
