1. Consider authorization and execution of <strong><u>Contracts C340-2024</u></strong> and <strong><u>C341-2024</u></strong>, renewal agreements with Etzel Family Limited Partnership for lease of office space and storage space for the Sherwood Outpost. Term of both leases are from 11/01/2024-10/31/2029. Both lease payments will be made out of the Sheriff's Active Reserves Account. The annual lease amount for the office space is $2,782.03 with an annual increase of 3%, and the annual lease amount for the storage lease is $1,248.36 with an annual increase of 3%.
2. Consider authorization and execution of <strong><u>Contract C339-2024</u></strong>, lease agreements with Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation, U.S.A related to the early renewal option as provided for in C393-2021. The agreement pertains to a lease for new and used fleet golf cars and utility cars.
3. Consider authorization and execution of <strong id="isPasted"><u>Contract C338-2024</u></strong>, a 60-month vehicle lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management for a 2025 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4— Office of the District Attorney
