- Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C146-2025</u></strong> to replace three vehicles that have reached the end of their lease and lease eleven vehicles utilizing the current Enterprise Fleet agreement (C226-2017). The additional vehicles would increase the annual agreement by a maximum of $184,500.00 with funding from the operating budget.
- Consider request to issue a Request for Proposal for construction services related to the concrete footings for the Aerial Adventure Trail. Services will include excavation, form construction, steel reinforcement installation, and concrete placement according to RCI's specifications. — Parks + Recreation
- Consider approval to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional services to develop a comprehensive Department-wide Master Plan Update. The current master plan expired at the end of 2024, and an updated plan is essential to guide future development, programming, and operations.
