2. Consider approval of <strong><u>Contract C170-2025</u></strong>, a facilities lease with the Shawnee Yacht Club to lease and utilize the area at Lake Shawnee through December 31, 2029.
3. Consider a request to lease four Superior Brooms from Berry Tractor of Wichita, KS via a three-year lease agreement (<strong><u>Contract C173-2025</u></strong>) with First Bank of Sterling, KS.
